What Is Acefyl Cough
Hidrasec Syrup Acefyl consists of two main ingredients Acefylline and Piperazine.
Acefylline reduces the production of inflammatory mediators such as cytokines. This helps reduce the inflammatory response in the airways and improves bronchodilation, which helps open the airways and improve airflow.
Diphenhydramine on the other hand is an antihistamine that primarily acts as a competitive antagonist of histamine H1 receptors, effectively blocking the effects of histamine and relieving allergy symptoms such as itching and sneezing.
